I love this time of year. Though I’m not much of a resolution-maker, I love taking time to reflect back on the past year to remember what worked really well in business, and the areas in which I hope to see growth in this year. Also, looking back over a full year always leaves me with an abundance of gratitude. Because no matter what happened in the past year, I am always reminded how faithful and gracious God is to provide, in both significant and small ways.
