One thing I LOVE about running a business is the opportunity to truly make it my own, including the branding pieces I deliver to my clients! The challenge of putting together the look of my business’ identity is so exciting! It’s certainly not perfect, but I’m excited to share with you a glimpse of what my clients receive from me. This doesn’t include the boxes the materials arrive in, and the gifts I send my clients upon booking. Those are a fun surprise for them! :)
My new bridal guides just arrived in the mail yesterday, and I couldn’t contain my excitement! This is a magazine I mail my new clients upon booking their wedding with me. Inside is everything they need to know about their photography and lots of other resources: tips on scheduling their engagement session, what to wear to their engagement session, planning out the ideal timeline for wedding portraits, family portrait grouping suggestions, choosing the wedding album that best suites them, what to expect after their wedding, vendors I recommend, etc! It’s a booklet I wish I would have created at the very beginning of my business, as it’s a great way to give all that info to my clients!
My Allison Marie Photography Weddings guide is what I give prospective clients at our initial meeting. Included in that guide is everything they need to know about booking their wedding photographer: an introduction about me, the most important things when choosing a wedding photographer, tidbits about an engagement session, basic tips in planning a wedding day to be stress-free, my pricing info and product guides, and much more! It’s a guide that gives prospective clients an idea of what it’s like to work with me, and my goal is for it to feel like a luxurious handbook to take home with them that they can reference back to as they plan their wedding day.
Both booklets are printed through Magcloud!
Just this year I added a handful of custom designed stamps to my branding, and I LOVE using them! They add a personal touch to the package delivery. My USB drives are from USB Memory Direct, and I’m so pleased with them! The cap is magnetic, which is pretty awesome :) I package the USB drives in the linen hand-stamped bags, along with cards that contain info pertinent to their digital files.
This spring I updated my business cards and thank you cards, and they are both from Moo.com‘s new Luxe line. They feel like luxury!
It’s impossible to get the feel for this in the photo, but I hand-painted the sides of the cards and business cards gold for a little something special. This pic makes it look yellow/orange, but I promise it is gold! :)
I’ll end with a pic of me working at my desk, because I LOVE it when it’s clean…that’s also when my I do my most productive/creative work. And yet it’s never this clean :)
